Description
The Saramonic UwMic9 TX9+RX-XLR9 is an ultraportable, two-channel, camera-mountable UHF wireless lavalier system that features powerful functions that far exceed the capabilities of wireless systems costing more than twice as much. It allows you to use wireless microphones on two different people (by adding an additional transmitter, sold separately). If you need more than one wireless microphone in the future, you can easily and affordably expand this system. This system is easy to use, has durable metal construction, and delivers pristine, broadcast-quality sound for interviews, film dialog, field recording, broadcast TV, and news gathering. The included RX-XLR9 dual-channel receiver can be mounted directly to an XLR input of a professional video camera, mixer, or audio recorder, but it can also be easily mounted to a DSLR, Mirrorless, or video camera and connected to a 1/8” (3.5mm) microphone input with the included accessories. Unlike other plug-in wireless receivers that require expensive proprietary batteries, the RX-XLR9 runs on 2 standard AA batteries and can be powered by an external USB battery pack (sold separately). Plus, it can swivel 320° to make room for other equipment when mounted to a camera. The included TX9 beltpack transmitter and SR-M1 omnidirectional lavalier microphone are also premium components. The UwMic9 uses the UHF (Ultra High Frequency) spectrum, which helps you avoid interference, and its 514-596MHz range is not affected by the FCC’s 600MHz ban. An auto-scan feature locates the best available channel for you, and infrared-syncing makes the process a breeze. Easy-to-read backlit LCD displays let you make quick adjustments to the intuitive menus in the brightest or darkest environments. Plus, the RX-XLR9 receiver features a headphone output, enabling you to monitor the audio in real-time if your camera lacks a headphone output. A variety of excellent wireless transmitters are available to expand the system, and because it runs two of them simultaneously, you can mix and match to suit your needs. You can choose from a TX9 beltpack transmitter (which includes an SR-M1 lavalier mic), the TX-XLR9 plug-on transmitter, and the HU9 handheld wireless microphone. All-metal wireless beltpack lavalier transmitter with an ultra-compact two-channel plug-on camera-mountable receiver; both components feature durable metal construction Easy-to-use and delivers reliable, pristine, broadcast-quality sound; can easily be expanded by adding another wireless transmitter sold separately The receiver mounts directly to an XLR input and includes a shoe-mount with 1/8” (3.5mm) output cable for DSLR, Mirrorless and video cameras, swivels 320° to make room for other equipment Built-in headphone output for monitoring audio, even when your camera lacks a headphone jack, easy-to-read backlit LCD displays Offers up to 330-ft (100m) operating distance, not affected by FCC’s 600MHz ban.
