On this page you will find all information on shipping methods, delivery times, costs, tracking, free shipping, cash on delivery, and insured shipping. Costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, order value, and selected method.

Processing and delivery times

Delivery times depend on product availability and destination. The most up-to-date estimate is always indicated on each product page.

  • Products available in stock: handover to the courier within 24/48 working hours from order confirmation (barring unforeseen circumstances or peak periods).
  • Products not available in stock: delivery times typically range from 7 to 30 days. In these cases, the timeframe indicated on the product page applies.
  • Major/minor islands and remote areas: delivery times can be extended by approximately 3–5 working days from courier pickup, in addition to the processing times indicated above.

The times indicated are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, seasonal peaks, holidays, courier operational delays).

Available shipping methods

At checkout, you can choose from the shipping methods available for your destination. The main methods offered include:

  • Bartolini Express Courier (Italy)
  • Bartolini Insured (Italy)
  • DHL Express Courier (Italy, if available)
  • Cash on Delivery (if available)
  • Insured Cash on Delivery (Cash on Delivery + insurance, if available)
  • European Shipping (variable rates and times depending on the country)

Bartolini Express Courier (Italy)

Bartolini is our main logistics partner for shipments within Italy. Shipping is traceable via a tracking number. After handover to the courier, the customer receives a communication with tracking details.

Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, tracking will be made available to monitor the delivery status. Tracking update times may vary depending on the courier's systems.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available for orders with a cart total of €199.99 or more, under the conditions indicated at checkout. The availability of free shipping may vary based on destination, selected method, and product type.

Any additional services (e.g., cash on delivery and/or insured shipping) may incur extra costs even if free shipping is available for the basic method. The final cost and available options are clearly displayed at checkout.

Insured shipping

For some shipments, an insured shipping option may be selected (e.g., "Bartolini Insured" or "Insured Cash on Delivery", if available). Insurance is an additional service that protects the shipment in case of damage during transport and/or similar events provided for by the carrier's conditions.

What it covers

  • Damage from transport detected and contested according to the procedures indicated below.
  • Any events covered by the terms of the selected courier's insurance service.

Conditions and claims handling

  • Upon delivery, always check the integrity of the packaging and product. In the presence of anomalies (dents, crushing, opening, obvious signs), it is necessary to accept with specific reservation indicating the reason (e.g., "crushed packaging", "damaged package") or refuse delivery.
  • Keep the outer packaging, internal materials, and product as received and document any damage with photos/videos.
  • In the case of insured shipping, the claim will follow the procedures provided by the courier and/or insurance service, with the technical times required for verification.

Important: damage without insurance

If the order is shipped with an uninsured method, any damage occurring during transport cannot be refunded or replaced, unless otherwise provided by applicable legal guarantees. For this reason, we recommend selecting insured shipping, especially for fragile or valuable products.

Cash on Delivery (Payment on delivery)

Cash on delivery incurs an additional cost indicated at checkout. Currently, cash on delivery fees are €4.00, unless otherwise indicated during purchase.

The courier accepts payments exclusively in cash. Please prepare the exact amount to facilitate delivery.

Shipping to Europe

We ship to European countries. Times and costs vary based on destination and order value and are automatically calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated times: generally 5–10 working days from courier pickup, barring unforeseen circumstances.
  • Costs: variable based on country and order value; the total is shown at checkout before payment.

Important notes

  • Delivery times start from the courier's pickup, not from the order date.
  • For products with specific timeframes, the estimate reported on the product page always applies.
  • Available options (DHL, insured, cash on delivery) may vary based on zip code/destination and product type.
