Accepted Payment Methods

On the website, you can make purchases choosing from the following payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure and certified external platforms.

INSTANT Bank Transfer

You can pay by **instant** bank transfer by 12:00 PM, and order processing will be guaranteed on the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Traditional Bank Transfer

You can pay by traditional bank transfer; shipping will be carried out within the credit times, which can vary approximately from 1-2 business days.

Order shipment will only be made after verification of the actual crediting of the amount to the seller's current account.

Note: It is mandatory to include the order reference number in the bank transfer description. It is also advisable to send an email notification to report that the payment has been arranged.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available ONLY in cash directly to the courier upon delivery, in compliance with current regulations.

For the cash on delivery service, there is an additional charge of €4.50 for orders under €199.99.

For orders equal to or greater than €200.00, the service is FREE.

Note: For products not immediately available or made to order, the seller reserves the right to request an advance payment before shipment.

Credit and Debit Cards

You can pay by credit or debit card, and the process is managed securely through Shopify Payments.

Card data is not stored or processed by the seller in any way.

Transactions take place via protected connections and encryption systems compliant with established security standards.

PayPal

You can pay via PayPal using your account or a linked card.

PayPal may offer, for eligible amounts and according to its contractual terms, the following installment payment options:

  • payment in 3 interest-free installments;
  • installment payment in 6, 12, or 24 installments, with the application of rates and conditions determined directly by PayPal.

The availability of installment options, the approval of the request, costs, applied rates, and contractual conditions are determined exclusively by PayPal and do not depend on the seller.

Payment is made directly on the PayPal platform. The seller does not have access to the user's payment data.

Installment Payment with HeyLight

You can pay for your purchases through the installment payment service offered by HeyLight, a third-party independent of the seller.

The service allows you to divide the purchase amount into installments, according to the conditions established directly by HeyLight.

The installment payment request is subject to evaluation and approval by HeyLight. The seller does not intervene in any way in the decision-making process and does not have access to the financial data provided by the user to the provider.

By selecting HeyLight as the payment method, the user will be redirected to the provider's platform to complete the procedure.

Approval, the number of installments, any costs, and contractual conditions are exclusively governed by the contract between the user and HeyLight.

In-store Pickup

You can purchase online and pick up products at the seller's location, by prior arrangement.

For in-store pickup, the following payment methods are accepted:

  • cash, within the limits provided by current regulations;
  • credit and debit cards;
  • cashier's checks, by prior arrangement with the seller.
