1. Introduction and Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products carried out through the website www.giordanoastronomia.it.
Accessing the website, browsing, and placing an order imply full acceptance of these conditions. If the user does not intend to accept them, they are invited not to use the website.
The website is managed by Skyrover S.r.l.s., which handles content and online sales through the Shopify platform.
2. Recipients and Commercial Policy
Sales are primarily aimed at consumers, understood as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial, commercial, or professional activity.
Any purchases made by VAT-registered individuals or for professional purposes do not benefit from the protections provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
Skyrover S.r.l.s. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that are anomalous, incomplete, non-compliant with these conditions, or incompatible with its commercial policy.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The sales contract is considered concluded when Skyrover S.r.l.s. receives the electronic order and sends confirmation of receipt to the email address provided by the user.
Each order contains a summary of the purchased products, prices, applicable taxes, payment methods, shipping costs, and information on the right of withdrawal.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices indicated on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Prices and product availability may vary at any time, but remain valid and binding once the order is concluded.
Payments can be made using the methods indicated on the website (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other secure payment systems). Transactions are managed through certified external providers.
In case of a refund, the crediting times depend on the payment method used.
5. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, valid for 24 months from the delivery of the product.
The consumer is required to report the defect of conformity within 2 months of its discovery, by sending written communication accompanied, where possible, by photographic or video documentation.
In case of a defect covered by warranty, the consumer has the right, at no cost, to the repair or replacement of the product, or, in cases provided by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Any warranty extensions are governed by specific conditions published on the relevant informative pages of the website.
Used products have a limited 90-day warranty.
6. Shipping and Delivery
The shipping times indicated on the website are to be considered indicative and may vary based on product availability and the selected delivery method.
Upon shipment, the user will receive a communication containing the order tracking details.

7. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise specified.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.
8. Processing of Personal Data
Users' personal data are processed in compliance with current legislation on personal data protection, as described in the privacy policy published on the website.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

In any case, the consumer's right to appeal to the competent judicial authority remains unaffected.
