from the February 1, 2018 Everyone (individuals and companies) has the “5 Year Guarantee” on all its products*.

Only at Giordano Innovations is the legal guarantee extended for free up to 5 years. No activation is necessary, so warranty registration is not required, Giordano Innovations will take care of this. In fact, each product will have the "Giordano Card 5 Years" inside which presents the serial code of the product which, accompanied by the sales document (invoice, receipt, proof of purchase, etc.), will complete the "Giordano Card 5 Years" For Everyone , even for you who use the equipment for your business.

You read that right, even those with a VAT number will receive the extension free of the legal guarantee up to 5 Years .

That's not all, with the "Giordano Card 5 Years" you will have many additional services:

  1. for everyone (private individuals and companies) the possibility of returning the product even without justification within 2 months**
  2. a totally free replacement product in the event that your product is undergoing repairs***, which will be carried out in the best, most specialized and best equipped assistance centres, including the official Italian ones; in fact Giordano Innovations has stipulated around 39 contracts with as many official repair centers of the respective brands, from the most famous to the latest new entries. from Canon to Sony, from Samyang to Fujifilm, from Zhiyun Tech to Nisi and Haida, but also Manfrotto, Benro, Take, Tamron, Tokina, Sigma and many others
  3. Giordano Innovations thinks of everyone, in fact customers who have purchased a product in the last 6 months (from 1 August 2017 onwards) will automatically be entitled to a free extension of the legal guarantee up to 5 years.

Manuals & Software

The manuals and software may not be present in the packages or may not be in the Italian language. In this regard, Giordano Innovations is available to provide free of charge, to those who request it, the relevant manuals or software via file (provided they are available in Italian).


*up to a value of 3000.00 euros including VAT, the following products are excluded: batteries (all), battery chargers (all), backdrops (both paper and other materials), software, memory cards (usually a guarantee is offered superior directly from the parent companies), hard disks, DVDs, CDs, and all disposable and wearable products, headphones, earphones and the like (for hygiene reasons) which will benefit from the legal guarantee (1 year for professionals and companies and 2 years for private individuals). For products with a value exceeding 3000 euros including VAT, the possibility of extending the warranty for up to 5 years will be available by paying a fee when ordering and in any case no later than 15 days from purchase.

** provided that the product is functional, clean, free of scratches, dents or abrasions, and that it is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and packaging present at the time of delivery. In the case of items that are turned on, used and set up, 10 to 40% of the amount paid will be deducted. The percentage will be determined by the state in which the product is in our warehouse and how much it has been used

*** the replacement product is supplied only if requested and if the repair extends beyond 15 working days. It may have inferior characteristics to those of the product sent for assistance.


RETURN METHOD

To make a return, follow these simple steps:

  • make a return request within TWO months to our email address info@giordanoin.com, where you will have to indicate the order number, the goods you want to return and the reason for the return (optional);
  • correctly packages the goods you return, making sure that the product is well protected and is not damaged during transport;
  • insert the proof of purchase inside (invoice, receipt, Amazon or eBay receipt, etc.);
  • contact your trusted courier to send the product back to our address;
  • if you returned it because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and shipping the new one;
  • In the case of partial returns, the shipping costs paid are considered to be used for the retained goods;
  • However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect product, the shipping costs will be completely covered by us. So in this regard, we will prepare a collection with our courier at the address you communicate to us.

It is not possible to take advantage of the return for the following categories:

  • software, products that have been opened and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (earphones, headphones, etc.)
  • In case you return an item belonging to the "Electronics" category, before sending it, remember to remove all your personal data from the device to protect your privacy
  • If you returned the product because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and shipping the new one.
  • In the case of a partial return, the shipping costs paid are considered to be used for the retained goods.
