The MC-11 CONVERTER's LED indicator easily informs whether the attached lens is compatible or not and whether a firmware update is required.
The MC-11 CONVERTER incorporates all the necessary data for each compatible lens and uses a dedicated control program to optimize the operation of the AF motor, diaphragm and other functions of each compatible lens. This data is also compatible with camera functions designed to control peripheral brightness, correct transverse chromatic aberration, distortion and more.
The MC-11 CONVERTER's compatibility with the lens and camera's OS stabilization system allows for better correction of small accidental camera movements. Used with an OS-stabilized camera body, the MC-11 CONVERTER uses the lens's diagonal stabilization to improve the result.
Compatibility with EXIF data Lens type, focal length, F-number and other information are incorporated into the image file's EXIF data.
