Description
Hoya Neutral Density (ND) filters do not affect colors in the slightest and allow for longer exposure times to achieve highly spectacular "motion" shots.
This type of filter is mainly used for:
- Extending exposure to capture subjects such as: waterfalls, rivers, moving vehicles, etc.;
- Being able to use the widest aperture, in order to obtain a perfectly focused subject, but with an extremely soft blurred background;
- Shooting, even in bright light, at ISO values above 400;
- Allowing to take photographs of scenes such as rain or snow, in order to have a "motion" photo as clear as possible, without the problem of overexposure.
