SK400II-V This studio flash, with adjustable power from 1/16 to 1/1, is a simple yet effective unit. Additionally, it features a short flash recycling time and an LED modeling lamp. For image preview, the modeling lamp's brightness can be set proportionally (mimicking the flash power setting effects), manually adjusted, or simply turned off. The integrated X system receiver completes this flash's great functionality. Practicality Godox SK series flashes are characterized by a flash power adjustment range of up to 4 f-stops (1/1 - 1/16, with 0.1 EV precision). The flash recycling time at full power is less than 2 seconds. At minimum power, this flash achieves a very short flash duration of only 1/2000s (t = 0.1), which provides great freedom during photo sessions. The flash color temperature of 5600K can fluctuate by ± 200K depending on the set flash power. Control The built-in X system receiver allows remote flash triggering, power management, and flash mode control. Furthermore, Godox SK series flashes are equipped with a USB port for connecting XT16, FT-16, or X1 system receivers. It can also be connected to triggers from other manufacturers via the 3.5mm jack input port. Functionality The panel, located on the back, is very simple, clear, and functional. The LCD screen displaying all flash settings is readable even from a rather wide angle. Next to the screen is a practical knob for adjusting flash power, changing the radio communication channel, and changing flash groups. The series of five buttons below the LCD screen allows quick access to all flash settings and functions. In addition, the LED modeling lamp can operate autonomously regardless of flash power (brightness manually adjustable), or be linked to flash power (proportionally), or automatically turn off for the duration of the flash, or remain on continuously. Mount This flash can be used with various types of light modifiers such as reflectors, softboxes, snoots, beauty dishes, and others equipped with a Bowens mount.
