Caruba MPU100 L-Plate
The Caruba MPU100 L-plate is a universal quick-release L-plate for cameras. This L-plate is also Arca-Swiss compatible, so the MPU100 fits most common tripod heads such as Benro and Manfrotto. A flathead screwdriver can be used to attach the L-plate to the camera, but the screw also has a D-ring so that the L-plate can be quickly and easily attached by hand.

The L-plate can be used to position your camera on a tripod. The plate provides a more stable attachment than a regular quick release plate.
