The Saramonic CamMic is a passive condenser microphone giving excellent sound quality during video recording for filmmakers and sound engineers. For better sound quality, the microphone is equipped with an integrated "shock mount" system. This feature fully isolates the microphone capsule from any type of shock and other physical factors that the microphone may register (crackling, clattering) during video recording. In addition, the microphone has a low-pass filter (80 Hz), which, when activated, helps to eliminate low-frequency sounds that cause interference. The quality of the recorded sound is also influenced by the double wind shield with rubber band, which is perfectly profiled in relation to the microphone and produces a warm sound effect. The CamMic is equipped with a 3.5mm TRS mini jack microphone input. Two 3.5mm mini Jack cables (TRS/TRS and TRS/TRRS) are included with the microphone, making it compatible with many camera, camcorder and smartphone models.
